By using this site or by placing any order you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend you to carefully read all the terms and conditions included herein. Also we reserve our right to modify these provisions without any notice.  Having  an account on our site, or browsing www.zonia.co.uk, means that you agree and accept that we can add or delete any information, or discontinue any activity of  the site, without any other prior notice.

Products:

The products we sell are new, packed up by zonia  and they are delivered with corresponding invoice, according to the Romanian and EU legislation in force. The products will be delivered only upon their availability within the stock, we reserve the right not to deliver orders if the desired products are no longer found on Zonia‘s offer.

The published images on the site stand as examples, supplied products may differ from images (there can be very slight color and appearance differences). Also we do not offer guarantees, other than the one stipulated by the legislation in force, in terms of information, accuracy of descriptions, updating content. Also, small measures errors of 2 or 3 cm may differ from ones in the product description of the items. Product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) and do not include shipping fees.

Reproducing, selling, downloading, modifying or removing any materials found on our website for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden, without the written consent of our company representatives. Information on delivery:

 In Romania

The delivery is made within 24-48 hours by courier or 2-3 working days by Romanian Post. Before you place an order, please choose the desired delivery method, and the shipping fee will be automatically added to your order. For orders over 30000 Lei we offer free shipping  in Romania and for orders over 17500 € we offer free shipping worldwide.

For orders under 30000 Lei the transportation fee is 1500 Lei by courier and  1100 Lei by Romanian Post (VAT included). For orders under 17500 €  you can find shipping fee at

If you have preferential days or hours to receive  the parcels, please let us know this on the comments area before finalizing the order. Compliance with additional requirements will be made depending on the availability and the program of the delivery services. The delivery will be made if the product is in stock, if not we reserve the right not to process the order.

The delivery time applies only for the products that we deliver available within the stock the at the time of order. For products that have a different delivery date that is specified in the product description, delivery period will begin from the specified moment.

If we have any suspicions about the pick up, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to ship the order only with advance payment.

If you do not pick up the delivered package, we reserve the right to send another package only with advance payment.

 

For Worldwide deliveries:

Shipping fees start from 866 € and the delivery time is between 2 and 10 days, depending on the country you live in, and the desired mode of transport. You can find the transportation rates and the delivery time for a order in the Delivery Methods section.

To send international orders we require advance payment. This can be done directly by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union or Moneygram. You can find this in the Payment Methods section.https://www.zonia.co.uk/payment-methods

Payment Methods:

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order:

Cash on delivery – This payment method allows you to pay the order in cash when you receive your order. ( Romania - only),

Bank transfer – You can pay in advance at any bank at your convenience that you have a current account and credit card or by online banking, details are: SC Zonia World SRL,  ' EUR' account  IBAN: RO77INGB0000999904554257,ING Bank SWIFT: INGBROBUXXX ,

Bank Address: Bd. Iancu de Hunedoara nr. 48, Sector 1, 011745 Bucharest (optional).  In this case orders will be shipped after we received confirmation that the money were transferred into Zonia’s account.

PayPal - You pay via your PayPal account, associated to your email. The payment process is similar to paying by card.

Card - you can pay with your Visa or Master (Visa/Visa Electron si Mastercard/Maestro). We secure the transactions via Mobipay (Netopia) Payment processing operator. Official website https://www.mobilpay.ro/public/

We are an European Union company and we comply with EU regulation regarding guarantees and returns for products we sell remotely, via our website zonia.co.uk.

 All EU citizens have the right to cancel the remote contract and to return the products via post within 14 days from the day the were received by themselves or a third party who acted on their behalf.

 

Hence, if you bought a good or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.  You can learn more about your rights here.

 

We guarantee to refund or replace any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. International purchases are recommended to be returned by post.

 

Return period expires within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party entered physical possession of the goods.

 

 Return of a product:

 You can inform us about your intent of returning a product via email [email protected], calling us at +40766985985 or by filling in the Return Form. You may choose any of the options available, writing out the return form is not compulsory.

 You can  return any product that have bought on zonia.ro’s website when you are not pleased with it, under the following conditions:

 

  • The product is in a salable state, it has not been worn or damaged
  • The parcel is delivered safely packed and it encloses the item in saleable conditions (no signs of wearing and no odors)  invoice and original label of the product.
  • It is delivered within 14 calendar days to our warehouse. The 14 days term starts with the day of the receipt of the original
  • We shall not return or refund jewelry, swimwear or underwear which have been unsealed from original package.

 

According to EU Rights of cancellation you are entitled to free refund or replacement within 14 days. Hence, verify with your shipment provider that the parcel is to reach Romania within 14 calendar days, starting with the date you (or a person on your behalf) received the item.

 

We will notify you all along our purchase and return process. We inform you via email when your return arrives at our warehouse. We recommend you to keep tracking code from your transportation provider until the goods reach Zonia.

 

We verify the returned goods and approve for refund/ replacement only for commodities in salable conditions (with no odors, signs of wearing, stains etc).  As, we inspect every product, please be sure  that the product is in a proper status, without being worn. We do not refund money or replace commodities returned in improper state.

 

 

Return of the products are on your own expenses, therefore for international returns we recommend you to send us the parcels via post services. The transportation costs  are cheaper.

 Refund:

 

Refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the parcel at Zonia’s warehouse. Refunds will be credited as per your original method of payment: credit card, bank transfer or paypal. Please note that it takes another 1 working day for money to be into your account.

 

  1. Refunds to your credit card: if you paid with a credit card the refund will be made to your credit card - 0 € fee charged;
  2. Bank transfer for accounts outside Romania: we transfer the amount from the Zonia to your account (you receive the money within 24 hours from the payment processing) - 10 € fee charged;
  3. Any other method of payment used and agreed: PayPal – 0 € fee charged 

 The fees are charged by third parties, payment operating companies. There is no return charge on Zonia behalf. 

 

 Replacement of the product:

 You can opt for replacement of a product  (other size or another commodity) instead of money refund. We are happy to change the items within availabilities in our warehouse.  Please note that transportation costs for both return and re-delivery shall be on your own expenses. You may choose a refund and order another product instead.

Guarantee:

In order to keep the guarantee is very important for you to respect the product instruction for use. You will find all the necessary information regarding the proper use of the product inside the label. These instructions are specific to your product and it is your obligation  to consult them.

Also taking into account the consumer rights provided by Romanian Legislation, Zonia offers legal guarantee of conformity for the marketed products.

To combat unfair practices of traders in the relationship with the consumers, and to harmonize this relationship with the European legislation on consumer protection, Zonia's store respects GPeC pre-selection criteria and at the same time it adhered to Trusted.ro standards. This standards give the buyer the opportunity to know that the shop from which is to  buy a product or a service meets a set of minimum standards for an e-commerce site, and it is verified by a third party.

ZONIA WORLD S.R.L. is registered at A.N.S.P.D.C.P (Romanian Authority for Data Protection) under registration number no. 8210 since 12/04/2012 and has the obligation to safely manage for specified purposes the personal data that you provide.

Under the current legislation, everyone has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the personal data processing. The opposition right can be excluded for certain processing required by law (eg: transformations made by the financial and fiscal services, the police, the social security). Everyone has also the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the personal data processing for direct marketing purposes.

Also the user has the right to oppose the processing of personal data that concern him and also he can request to modify or to delete this data. For you to order a product from www.zonia.co.uk, you must create an account (by filing in  the registration form) offering us your name and surname, your address, zip code, your date of birth, gender,  phone number, username and password. By providing us these data, you agree with the fact that this data will be kept within our database, in strict compliance with legal provisions.

Under the Romanian and European Union Regulations we mention that Zonia uses this data is for: :

-for online commerce;

-for sending email of our offers and marketing and advertising on our activity;

-for organizing various competitions.

We will use your personal data in the above purposes, and we will not disclosed to third parties, except  the courier companies that will deliver your the ordered products. By ordering directly on our website you express your consent to disclose your personal data to the following third parties:

             - the courier companies ( FAN Courier / GLS / DHL / Romanian Post, that are to deliver the products);

             - the Zitec IT company,  in charge with the optimal site functioning;
